The Attorney General is teaming with the Automotive Dealer's Association to help Mississippians learn more about our lemon law. they've created a new resource guide you can get for free.
Although the Mississippi lemon law has been around since 1985, Attorney general Jim Hood says too many Mississippians are misinformed about it. The Mississippi lemon law guide has answers to many commonly asked questions like "Who is covered under the Motor Vehicle warranty Enforcement Act?", "What is a lemon?", and "Who pays if it is?" The free guide also has advice on getting your vehicle repaired, replaced, or how to get a refund.
